Point A — what they came with

The situation at the start

XLINK Polska needed to launch the brand’s online presence from scratch for two markets at once — Poland and Ukraine.

The company operates in a demanding B2B niche: polymer fibres for concrete, used by construction companies, concrete plants, precast manufacturers and contractors. A simple business-card website was not enough — what was needed was a full system that explains the product, shows its applications and helps the sales team work with clients.

  • There was no multi-page website for B2B sales
  • There was no e-commerce / shop for the products
  • There was no separate Ukrainian version for the second market
  • A complex technical product had to be explained in plain language
  • There was no SEO structure or blog for organic growth
  • There was a lack of sales materials: catalogues, flyers, banners and presentation graphics

Identity — the brand

Tri-fold brochure

At the outset there was no single online showcase where a client could quickly understand what XLINK Fiber is, which tasks the product suits and how to send an enquiry. So we started with the identity and print materials that work at meetings and trade fairs.

The tri-fold brochure briefly explains the product, shows the application areas and leads to contact with the sales team.

Process — how we worked

6 steps from zero to result

We assembled the site and the marketing system so that a B2B client quickly understands what the product is, where to use it, what benefits it brings and how to make an enquiry.

  1. 1. A structure built for B2B sales

We worked out the site logic: product → benefits → applications → technical information → request a quote / order a sample. The site had to work as a sales tool, not as a business card.

  2. 2. Polish version of the site + e-commerce

We built a multi-page Polish-language website with a catalogue, a shop, product pages with enquiry forms and CTAs: “Zapytaj o ofertę”, “Zamów próbkę”.

  3. 3. A separate Ukrainian-language site

We created a separate Ukrainian-language site for the second market — with a structure, product presentation and messaging adapted to the Ukrainian B2B audience.

  4. 4. Application pages

We gave separate space to the areas where XLINK performs best: industrial floors, precast concrete, tunnels, roads, sprayed concrete and hydraulic structures. This helps the client quickly find a solution for their task.

  5. 5. SEO blog and organic growth

We added a blog as a foundation for SEO: to explain complex technical topics, answer search queries and gradually bring organic traffic to the site.

  6. 6. Graphic materials for sales

We prepared banners, catalogues, flyers and additional materials for use at trade fairs, meetings, negotiations and commercial presentations.

Result — the website

What the finished site looks like

The homepage immediately answers the main question of a B2B client: what this product is and why it is needed. Then come the benefits of using XLINK Fiber, technical specifications and enquiry forms.

The same approach was carried over to the Ukrainian version — with a structure adapted to the second market.

Conclusions

What this project delivered

Instead of a business-card website, XLINK got a full marketing system for two B2B markets.

In 14 days the team built two websites, e-commerce for the Polish market, an SEO blog and a set of graphic materials. What matters is not the number of pages but the logic: the client understands the product, sees the applications and knows how to make an enquiry.

01

Two markets instead of one

Separate Polish and Ukrainian sites made it possible to speak to the B2B client in their own language on each market.

02

A website as a sales tool

The product → benefits → applications → enquiry structure turns a complex technical product into a clear offer.

03

A ready-made kit for the sales team

The SEO blog, catalogues, banners and presentations give managers everything they need to work with clients.
