This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for collecting, processing and protecting the personal data of users of the hilstudio.eu website, operated by the marketing agency HIL Studio. By using the website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

4.Recipients of personal data

• public authorities, in accordance with applicable law.

5.Transfers to third countries

The controller uses services provided by Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Microsoft, which may process data outside the EU. Transfers are made only to entities ensuring compliance with the GDPR, in particular on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

6.Data retention

Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, until the User withdraws consent, or for the period required by applicable law.

7.Users’ rights

Every User has the right to:

• access their personal data;
• rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erasure of data (the “right to be forgotten”);
• restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

8.Automated decision-making

The controller does not use profiling or automated decision-making that would produce legal effects concerning the User or similarly significantly affect them.

9.Cookies

The hilstudio.eu website uses cookies for technical, analytical and marketing purposes. Cookies are small text files stored on the User’s device. The User may change cookie settings in their browser; this may, however, affect the functionality of the website.

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.
