Point A — the problem

What the client came with

The aesthetic medicine doctor needed clear communication on Instagram: to show her expertise, highlight her medical approach and stand apart from competitors in the injectables niche.

At the start the profile had potential, but it did not work as a trust and booking system.

  • No clear positioning for the doctor
  • Content looked more like a portfolio than an expert profile
  • Content did not explain the procedures, the approach, safety or medical experience
  • Too little communication addressing clients' fears: pain, unnatural results, filler migration
  • No clear profile structure: highlights, FAQ, aftercare, pricing, path to booking
  • Content had no system of themes and did not lead the audience from discovery to booking
  • No recognisable visual style

Process and analytics

Key growth points

We started with an analysis of the aesthetic medicine niche and client behaviour: here the decision to book comes not only from a beautiful result, but from trust in the specialist, a sense of safety and understanding of the procedure.

We mapped the client journey like this: content → meeting the doctor → trust → understanding the procedure → easing fears → booking.

  • Defined clear positioning: natural results, a medical approach, safe injectable procedures
  • Analysed competitors and defined how to stand apart from profiles that only post before/after shots
  • Identified the key audience segments: first procedure, natural aesthetics, correction after another practitioner, anti-age
  • Structured the profile as a trust system: bio, highlights, pinned posts, FAQ, pricing, reviews
  • Created the visual style and logo

Process — how we worked

5 steps from zero to result

The full cycle of packaging a doctor's personal brand: from strategy and analytics to a finished content system and visual style

  1. 1. Communication strategy

We built a strategy showing how the doctor should position herself on Instagram and lead the audience from discovery to booking.

  2. 2. Competitor analysis

We analysed competitor profiles in Warsaw and identified the main mistakes: no positioning, before/after content only, little expertise and personal brand.

  3. 3. Audience analysis

We identified the key client segments: first procedure, natural aesthetics, correction after another practitioner, anti-age clients.

  4. 4. Positioning and USP

We focused on natural results, a medical approach, safety and individual analysis of facial anatomy.

  5. 5. Content and tone of voice

We developed content themes, topics for Reels/carousels/stories and a tone of voice: expert, calm, clear, without scare tactics.

Want your Instagram to work not just as a portfolio, but as a trust and booking system?

We will build a marketing strategy showing how to package your expertise, what to tell your audience and how to lead a client to booking.

Strategy in slides

What the strategy included

A strategy is not one box-ticking document but dozens of working slides: competitor analysis, audience profile, positioning, USP and a detailed plan for packaging the doctor's profile.

Competitor analysis

Eleven profiles in the lip filler niche — independent practitioners and clinics in Warsaw and Kyiv. For each we broke down the positioning, highlights structure, content formats and promotion approach to find where the gap was.
